The lady I saw knew why I was there, not the reason that I appeared to be there. Her 1st words to me were an apology for the wait!!!! I wanted to apologise for the lady having to work over the Christmas period. Immediately she knew how to treat my symptoms and as services are limited over festive periods, the lady directed me to an open pharmacy. Thank you to all the staff for working over the festive period.

Everything was as good as could be.

Don't quite know what the point is to this place. I was there for a sprained wrist and was told because it wasn't an emergency to make an appointment with my doctor and if it was an emergency to go to the hospital. I also mentioned a rash I have over my body and face but wasn't even looked at just told to see my doctor again

Mm maybe tell me what this place is for.

We didn’t have long to wait even though it seemed quite busy. The nurse practitioner we saw was very comprehensive and thorough. She reacted quickly and then sought appropriate follow up care for my little one. Everywhere was clean and tidy!

I brought my daughter 05/12/23 after a week of an awful cough and also complaints of earache over night. The nurse was very patronising and suggested my daughter had caused “trauma” to her ear by herself and “not blown her nose properly” to cause her cough. I was sent away feeling inadequate and my daughter still unwell with no medication. I then returned on 09/12/23 after being awake all night with a distressed child complaining of earache. We were seen quickly and told straight away it was an ear infection. The nurse we saw was extremely kind and spoke to myself and daughter with respect, unlike the first time. My daughter then had 5 day course of antibiotics prescribed. After the first visit where I was made to feel inadequate and stupid I then took my daughter back to school and her swim classes as I had been told nothing was wrong with her. This was obviously incorrectly and her swimming class made the ear infection worse/ more painful.

The visit on 09/12/23 was great - please praise this staff member. The visit on 05/12/23 was terrible and I feel that staff member requires training.

I had rung 111 but not not got an appointment but told to go down to Fleetwood. I had a chest infection, I have asthma and I am 72, after completing the online form, I was seen within 10 minutes which I thought was amazing! Thankyou
